The project for the Lexus Complete Maintenance Care App involved designing the UX and UI to enhance the user experience with a range of personalized features. This included creating an intuitive maintenance scheduling system, allowing users to easily book services based on their needs. The app also offered a personalized service history and reminder system to keep users on track with their vehicle’s maintenance needs. Additionally, a store locator feature was integrated, enabling users to find Lexus service centers, with the option to mark and prioritize their preferred location. The app also included special offers, providing users with exclusive deals and promotions tailored to their needs. The goal was to streamline vehicle care and enhance the overall ownership experience for Lexus customers.
