Designing Arrow: A Visual Identity and Digital Platform for San Bernardino’s New Rail Service
This project focused on creating a dynamic logo for Arrow, the new passenger rail service connecting key cities in San Bernardino County, including Redlands, San Bernardino, and Riverside. The logo was thoughtfully designed to evoke the region's stunning San Bernardino hills, incorporating elements that symbolize both the natural landscape and the fast, sleek movement of the train. In addition to the logo, we developed an engaging, user-friendly mini-site that provided ongoing updates about the project's progress, milestones, and future developments.

Travel From Train to Plane: Promoting Lyft and SBCTA’s Airport Rideshare Partnership
This project aimed to raise awareness of the discounted Lyft rides from select Metrolink stations to Ontario International Airport. The marketing campaign, titled "Travel From Train to Plane," promoted the convenience and cost savings of using Lyft for airport travel. To reach commuters and travelers, the campaign utilized a variety of channels, including posters, digital ads, bus shelter ads, and social media ads. The goal was to effectively communicate the benefits of this seamless transportation option and encourage public participation.

This project focused on raising awareness of the free shuttle transfer option for Metrolink riders traveling to Hollywood Burbank Airport. The campaign aimed to promote the convenience of using the shuttle service to seamlessly transfer from the train to the plane. We developed a comprehensive marketing approach using digital ads, social media, and out-of-home (OOH) print collateral, including posters and banners, to inform commuters about the service. The goal was to encourage usage of the free shuttle option and enhance the overall travel experience for Metrolink passengers.

Vanpooling Made Easy: The Better Commute Campaign for SB Loop
The marketing challenge for SB Loop Vanpool was to raise awareness and encourage commuters to try vanpooling as a cost-effective, relaxing alternative to driving alone. In response, we created the "A Better Commute Starts Here" approach, which included designing a website, digital ads, and printed out-of-home collateral. The campaign focused on the benefits of reducing commute costs and promoting the benefits of sharing a ride. Printed materials, such as a tri-fold brochure, bus shelter ads, one sheet flyers, billboards, and posters, were also developed to further promote the program. The goal was to deliver a cohesive, engaging campaign that informed commuters and encouraged participation across both digital and physical platforms.
